Salary: Up to £38k pa depending on experience

This a key role within our client company for a 1st class Account Manager with at least 3 years supervisory experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the SAC’s (Studio Account Coordinators) and customer’s Packaging group, plan, organise and direct studio activities and resource work within teams.
• Build and maintain excellent contact with key decision makers both internally and externally.
• Ensure the studios optimise resource to best utilise available capacity.
• Monitor and measure performance of the account through KPI’s and metric reporting.
• Act as a back‑up for the SAC’s during holidays, sickness and, by using own judgment, in projects which require additional support.
• Work closely with the relevant internal and external Quality functions to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
