Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead and grow our business across Bangladesh and Nepal, with a strong focus on OTA partnerships, strategic accounts, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities - Lead business development activities across Bangladesh and Nepal.
- Manage and grow relationships with OTAs, travel agencies, consolidators, and airline partners.
- Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share expansion.
- Develop and execute regional commercial and sales strategies.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events.
Requirements - 8+ years of experience in business development or sales within the travel industry.
- Strong expertise in OTA management and strategic account development.
