Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead and grow our business across Bangladesh and Nepal, with a strong focus on OTA partnerships, strategic accounts, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business development activities across Bangladesh and Nepal.
  • Manage and grow relationships with OTAs, travel agencies, consolidators, and airline partners.
  • Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share expansion.
  • Develop and execute regional commercial and sales strategies.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in business development or sales within the travel industry.
  • Strong expertise in OTA management and strategic account development.
