Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Understand clients’ needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions.
• Manage client accounts, track performance, and ensure service or product delivery meets expectations.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and effectively.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure client satisfaction.

Education & Experience:
