Job Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for driving overall customer success aligned to Card Centre's strategy and goals. He/She will be responsible for the customer relationships and is the primary touch point between customers and Card Centre. This position reports to the Head of Card Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact on customers' matters
- Revenue delivery through negotiated contracts with customers, pursuit of change requests and initiatives from customers as well as new business opportunities
- Responsible for, which includes negotiation, review and preparation of customers' contracts and quotations
- Manage sales pipeline for reporting to HOD and Management
