In this function you will be responsible for the full sales cycle of Tommy Hilfiger Watches in your assigned markets across Europe and Africa. This includes the achievement of sales targets the implementation of local Marketing measures and training of local partners

Ensure stateoftheart brand presentation in the assigned territory

Implement overall brand strategy on the local level in close alignment with HQ

Develop midterm plans together with local partners to significantly increase the business

Ensure ongoing reporting sales & distribution analysis

Visit markets to secure distribution quality train local staff and develop strong relationships

Cooperate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g.: Marketing Customer Service)

Impact product development by anticipating product trends

Gather market intelligence to support senior management decision making
