We are looking for a commercially driven and client‑focused Account Development Manager to manage, retain, and grow Bueno’s (a Copeland brand) existing client base across the commercial real estate and built environment sectors in the UK.
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through strong account management, client retention, contract renewals, and identifying up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure clients continue to realise value from Bueno’s solutions while building long‑term strategic partnerships.
