Responsibilities To handle full set of accounts including preparation of General Ledger, AR, AP, Balance sheet, P&L for monthly and yearly reporting independently Reconcile monthly bank statement Prepare quarterly GST reconciliation for submission Perform monthly accounts payable function in preparation of payments to vendors Liaising with external accountants for preparation of Annual Report and Audit Handle HR matters, payroll, IR8A, CPF submission, work pass matters and etc Perform any other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification with minimum of 2 years of experience in financial & human resource. Proficient in Quickbook, MS Excel and MS Word Proficient in English and Chinese Meticulous, detail-oriented and with a strong sense of accountability, excellent organizational and time-management skills
