            Job Description Perform commission processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness 
Perform reconciliation and manage commission pay-out processes 
Provide relevant data for the Annual Banding Exercise 
Provide required data to Distribution on CRT qualifiers 
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned 
Requirements Diploma Holder preferably with 2 to 3 years working experience 
On job training provided 
Positive disposition, most importantly with good working attitude 
Must be meticulous, detail-oriented and willing to learn 
Good team player, and able to work under pressure to meet tight monthly deadlines 
Able to communicate confidently and with clarity, both oral and written 
Prior experience with good EXCEL skills a must, Microsoft software will be an added advantage 
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
