Job Description
  • Perform commission processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Perform reconciliation and manage commission pay-out processes
  • Provide relevant data for the Annual Banding Exercise
  • Provide required data to Distribution on CRT qualifiers
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma Holder preferably with 2 to 3 years working experience
  • On job training provided
  • Positive disposition, most importantly with good working attitude
  • Must be meticulous, detail-oriented and willing to learn
  • Good team player, and able to work under pressure to meet tight monthly deadlines
  • Able to communicate confidently and with clarity, both oral and written
  • Prior experience with good EXCEL skills a must, Microsoft software will be an added advantage
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
