As part of the pre‑sales business development process, the Account Architect is responsible for defining the future technology architecture of enterprise customers and supporting customer‑defined priority programs in the medium‑term strategy. The primary responsibility is to ensure that the client’s operational and IT strategies and objectives are fully reflected in Bell’s IT portfolios. They act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them get the most out of their business solutions and achieve their business goals.
