About The Role

As an Accounts and Partnerships Officer , you’ll play a key role in accelerating our sales growth through strategic partnerships. You’ll actively engage with companies and professional groups to promote TGLFC’s Salary Loan programs, strengthen existing alliances, and onboard new partner organizations.

You’ll work closely with the Sales Head and Product Group Head in designing and structuring partnership models, overseeing the end-to-end salary loan process from partnership negotiations to employee onboarding ensuring every collaboration delivers value and impact.
