Under the direction of the Manager, responsible for building and maintaining continuous business relationships with current and prospective customers. This position provides technical, analytical and operational assistance to commercial, deposit, and cash management functions to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
Assists with department level projects to increase income, reduce costs, and manage risks related to Account Analysis services, including but not limited to researching, developing, implementing and supporting changes to procedures, operations and department processes relating to information, systems and tests. Assists with completing various risk, audit and data requests. Drives high-priority projects that help create operational and billing efficiencies.
