Our client based in Benoni is looking for an AC Winder / Armature Winder / Electric Motor Winder to rewind, repair, maintain, test, and refurbish AC electric motors, alternators, generators, and related rotating electrical equipment to ensure reliable and efficient operation. POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Trade qualification in Electrical Winding, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent artisan trade preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in AC motor rewinding and repairs.
• Experience with industrial motors, pumps, generators, and alternators preferred.
• Knowledge of AC motor winding techniques.
• Ability to read winding data sheets and electrical diagrams.
• Familiarity with insulation systems and testing procedures.
• Skilled in fault finding and motor diagnostics.
• Understanding of workshop safety and electrical standards.
