**Job Description**

**_A/C Engineering Foreman-Mount Sinai West_**

Supervises personnel involved in the maintenance and operation of the central A/C system, auxiliary equipment, emergency diesel generators, pneumatic controls elevators; responsible for supplying heat, power, ventilation, gas water and maintaining water treatment program

**Qualifications**

**_Requirements:_**

+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Minimum of 5 years of general maintenance experience in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (H.V.A.C.) systems including plumbing and electrical systems with experience in a lead role
+ Possess an FDNY unlimited refrigeration certificate of fitness upon hire (Q01)
+ Possess an FDNY Fuel oil piping/storage certificate of fitness upon hire (P98)
+ Possess an FDNY Torch Use of Flammable Gases certificate of fitness upon hire (G-60)
