This role serves as a key liaison between therapists, clinical staff, and families, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and scheduling disruptions are resolved promptly.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Fluency in English and Chinese is required to effectively communicate with clients, families, and internal teams.
