Senior Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience on large‑scale infrastructure or complex building projects.
• Proven experience in M&E.
• Strong knowledge of standard forms of contracts commonly used in Singapore (PSSCOC, SIA).
• Familiarity with ERP/Project Management systems (e.g., ACC) and Microsoft Office Suite.

This role focuses on the technical quantification of claims and providing hands‑on support to project‑based QS staff.
