You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, Playmakers, and banquet operations, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and make decisions within Aaltos, including labor, customer experiences, and sanitation.
• Analyze banquet event orders, communicate effectively with customers, managers, and employees to ensure that all room set‑ups, equipment, supplies, staffing and menus meet or exceed customers’ expectations.
• Ensure all staff are properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their jobs.
