Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 30 staff members effectively.
• Oversee clinical care to ensure residents' well‑being and quality.
• Manage admissions and departures of residents in collaboration with families, doctors, and other services.
• Develop and implement interdisciplinary and institutional projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• HES diploma in nursing with Swiss practice rights and 5 years of professional experience.
• Postgraduate training or certification in management, essential with at least 3 years of successful experience in a similar role.
• Clinical experience in geriatrics or psychogeriatrics.
• Additional clinical training in palliative care, cognitive disorders, or related fields.
• PLAISIR/PLEX evaluator an asset.
