Job Role
The incumbent will be responsible for managing a direct sales team to achieve assigned sales targets for Personal Loans and Running Finance. The role includes sales performance management, team building, market penetration, and ensuring quality customer service.
Education
- Minimum Graduation from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience
- At least 3 years of relevant experience managing a Direct Sales Team of unsecured consumer banking products, preferably Personal Loans.
