International School of Bergen is seeking a temporary team member to begin on 1st September 2026. The role combines 60% Receptionist duties, 10% Events Coordinator responsibilities, and 10% Cover Coordinator tasks.
Responsibilities
- 60% Receptionist
- Organise the reception area.
- Co‑ordinate regularly changing displays in the foyer to support the curriculum or seasonal/festive events, maintaining general tidiness.
- Serve as the ‘face of ISB’, greeting all visitors and making them feel welcome.
- Ensure front‑desk resources are up to date, including sub‑folders, lanyards, key cards and other supplies.
- Purchase and place orders for first aid supplies.
- Check the physical mailbox.
- Ensure students manage ISB expectations in the foyer.
- Answer telephones and open the door for visitors during class time.
