            Detailed Responsibilities  Reading and Interpreting Blueprints:  Understanding project specifications and requirements from technical drawings. 
Material Preparation:  Measuring, cutting, and shaping metal parts using various tools and machinery. 
Welding Techniques:  Employing techniques like MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to join metal components. 
Equipment Operation:  Setting up, maintaining, and safely operating welding equipment. 
Inspection and Testing:  Ensuring welds meet quality standards, including visual inspection and potentially non‑destructive testing (NDT). 
Safety Compliance:  Adhering to safety regulations, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining a safe work environment. 
Collaboration:  Working with other tradespeople and team members.
