Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Manage Team
  Lead the Test & Failure Analysis (FA) Engineering team to support production, meet business targets, and drive operational excellence.
• Technical Leadership
  Act as the subject‑matter expert and escalation point for all test and failure‑analysis issues, including complex troubleshooting and system‑level debugging.
• Test Development & Deployment
  Oversee the design, development, and implementation of test systems (FCT, ICT, MDA), ensuring timely delivery for NPI and production ramp.
• Test Strategy & Performance
  Define test strategies, coverage, and ensure systems meet customer and manufacturing requirements, including GR&R, Cpk, reliability, and scalability.
