Key Responsibilities
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, or customer requirements
Coordinate internal and external audits
Handle CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) and 8D reports
Monitor quality KPIs and prepare management review reports
Control quality documents, procedures, and records
Support customer audits and certification audits
Work with production, QA, engineering, and suppliers on quality improvement
Conduct employee training related to QMS procedures
Drive continuous improvement projects and root cause analysis
