Responsibilities - Provide support to the sales department
- Coordinate between customers, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams
- Prepare documentation for import, export, transshipment, and delivery order (D/O) release
- Verify all related costs and charges
- Handle customer enquiries on freight rates, shipment tracking, and related matters
- Liaise with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment processes
Requirements - Min1-2 years of working experience infreight forwarding is required for this position.
