Customer Service Officer (Enrichment Centre)

Working days & hours: 5 days (Inclusive of both weekends)

Weekday (1230PM - 930PM)

Weekend (830AM - 630PM)

Working location (Current Hiring):

• Toa Payoh
• Tampines

Willing to relocate to other branches due to work exigencies

Salary: $2650 - $3500

Sales and Customer Service

• Explain our courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potential customers.
• Promote centre programmes to potential and existing customers.
• Build relationships with our customers.
• Handle phone and email queries effectively and promptly.
• Perform and manage sales transaction effectively and promptly.

Administrative Duties

• Arrange replacement lessons for students and schedule appointments for parents and centre teachers.
