Key Responsibilities - Perform facial, skincare, and beauty treatments professionally
- Assess customers’ skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments/products
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards
- Assist with appointment scheduling and customer follow-ups
- Promote wellness packages, memberships, and retail products
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and hygiene standards
- Support outlet operations and teamwork when required
