The Role: Growth Lead

We’re hiring a hands‑on Growth Lead to own paid acquisition across Meta and Google while driving performance creative strategy.

This is not a passive “agency manager” role.

Responsibilities

What you will:

• Build and optimize campaigns yourself
• Develop testing roadmaps
• Brief and shape high‑converting creative
• Analyze performance deeply and make decisive calls
• Be responsible for profitable customer acquisition and scalable growth

What You’ll Own

1. Paid Media Execution (Meta + Google)

   • Plan and manage budgets across Meta and Google
   • Structure accounts for efficient testing and scale
   • Own retargeting + prospecting strategy
   • Launch and optimize campaigns daily/weekly
   • Manage CAC, AOV, LTV: CAC targets
