Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of previous 5* hotel experience as a Receptionist, Concierge, Front Desk Agent or Liaison Officer.
- Formal tertiary qualification in Hotel Management, Front Office or Guest Relations.
- Strong administrative, organisational, financial and planning abilities.
- High proficiency in Excel, Word and Opera Property Management Software.
- Full proficiency in booking and reservations systems.
- Willingness to work evenings and late shifts to manage the hotel when the Resident Manager is off‑duty.
