Operations Executive (Transport) Salary: $3,200 – $3,800
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Location: Jurong East
Job Responsibilities - Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
- Assign and deploy drivers and vehicles efficiently.
- Monitor delivery progress and vehicle movements using GPS tracking systems.
- Liaise with customers, warehouse teams, plant operators, and shipping agents on delivery arrangements.
- Handle operational issues and urgent delivery requests.
- Monitor vessel movements through Portnet and Jurong Port systems.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.
- Prepare and verify transport, shipping, and delivery documents.
- Process Proof of Delivery (POD) and maintain accurate records.
