Logistics Coordinator Salary: $2,200 – $2,600

Job Responsibilities - Coordinate import and export shipments, including shipment planning and execution.
- Prepare and process shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, and Bills of Lading.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, transport providers, suppliers, and customers.
- Arrange customs clearance, permit applications, and GST‑related documentation.
- Coordinate trucking, container collection, deliveries, and warehouse‑related logistics activities.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate logistics records, documentation, and reports.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to support daily logistics operations.
- Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
