Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience includes roles that provide services to customers once they are onboarded in the Maersk environment. Activities may include the following (but are not limited to):
- Customer and stakeholders channel management
- Case Management / Outlook / Teams communication
- Stakeholders onboarding and relationship management
- Contract and dispute and exception management
- Day to day operation handling
- Customer KPI Monthly and Quarterly Business Review
- Internal and External operation system
- Financial and Billing management

Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Standard skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to create, analyze, and present data effectively.
