The role is responsible for overseeingnetwork protection, fault response, restoration activities, and ensuring teamperformance, safety, and compliance with operational standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead andcoordinate team response to vandalism incidents at network sites.
• Allocatetasks, supervise field teams, and ensure efficient execution of work.
• Perform RFand microwave link inspections and advanced fault finding.
• Overseerestoration of damaged network equipment and verify quality of repairs.
• Conduct siteaudits, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Act as theprimary point of contact between field teams, technicians, and networkoperations.
• Ensure fullcompliance with safety, HSE, and operational standards.
