Key Responsibilities
Convert CAD models into efficient and accurate 3D models with clean topology using 3ds Max/Blender.
Create high-quality 3D hardsurface assets, including: Machines, Products, Vehicles, Props (environmental, interactive assets), Mechanical and industrial objects
Translate concept art, references, and design briefs into final in-game assets.
Ensure assets meet AAA visual quality and are optimized for real-time engines.
Develop clean topology, efficient, and well-structured meshes.
Follow proper naming conventions, pipelines, and technical guidelines.
Maintain consistency in style, scale, and quality across all assets.
Manage time efficiently and meet production deadlines.
