The Role

We are looking for a versatile and technically proficient 3D Artist to join our growing creative team. You will be responsible for bringing complex concepts to life through high-quality modeling and fluid animation, primarily using Blender. As we specialize in interactive web-based demos, your primary challenge will be the magic trick of 3D: making assets look like high-end cinema while keeping them lightweight enough to load.

Key Responsibilities

• Modeling & Texturing: Create high-quality 3D assets optimized for performance. This includes expert-level retopology and baking high-to-low poly details.
• Animation: Develop smooth, purposeful animations—ranging from mechanical movements to environmental storytelling—using Blender’s animation suite.
