            Job Responsibilities  Respond to patients’ enquiries and guide them through the healthcare system. 
Provide assistance to patients when needed, including wheelchair support. 
Identify and tag patients at risk of falls, distribute face masks, and conduct temperature checks for patients with flu or fever symptoms. 
Educate and encourage patients to use Self‑Service Kiosks and mobile applications. 
Assist with or carry out patients’ height, weight, and blood pressure measurements when necessary. 
Support patients with directions and handle general enquiries. 
Assist eligible patients in completing medical questionnaires. 
 Requirements  Minimum GCE 'N' Levels or equivalent 
Able to commit the full 3 months 
Able to start immediately/on short notice
