**Essential Skills**

+ At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience working on heavy machinery.
+ Strong mechanical capabilities with motors, gears, bearings, and related components.
+ Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues on industrial equipment.
+ Hands-on experience performing preventative maintenance on motors and gear systems.
+ Ability to perform welding tasks required for maintenance and repair work.
+ Familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics in an industrial setting.
+ Basic understanding of industrial electrical systems and PLC-controlled equipment.
+ Ability to read and use standard mechanic tools and metric tools for maintenance tasks.
+ Capability to work safely and effectively in a heavy industrial shop environment.
+ Self-starter mindset with a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
