Stevens Industries is looking for skilled CNC Machine Operators to cut, band, and drill cabinet parts for production. A machine operator needs to possess attention to detail and a willingness to learn. On-the-job training is vital to the success ofa machine operator and allows for the potential to become a senior operator. Ability to troubleshoot the machine to maintain efficiency and quality of product is important.

Set up machine for production

Feed raw material or parts into semi-automated machines

Ensure parts are correct compared to drawing and make corrections/adjustments as needed

Check for any mistakes or flaws in parts

Maintain records of units produced

Keep production flowing by ensuring parts are complete

Ability to read blueprint and computer programs

Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
