**Position Summary**
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for conducting student evaluations and providing therapy services in accordance with individualized plans of care and physician orders. The SLP will document services and collaborate with school staff to support student communication and learning outcomes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct speech and language evaluations
+ Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
+ Provide direct therapy services to students
+ Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
+ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Active SLP license in the state of assignment
+ CCC-SLP preferred (may be required depending on contract/state)
+ Knowledge of professional practice standards
+ CPR certification (if applicable)
+ TB screening (if required)
