Assistant/Associate Faculty in Human Resource Management/Management

The School of Business at AURAK (An AACSB-Accredited School) invites applications for a full‑time Assistant/Associate Professor in Human Resource Management/Management. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses, conduct high‑quality research, and contribute to departmental and university service. Reporting to the Department Chair, the role supports program development, AACSB accreditation efforts, and the University’s mission of advancing research and community engagement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Strategic Management, and related Management topics.
