The Primary role of the Clinical Midwife Manager 1 (CMM 1) is to deliver effective clinical and professional leadership, supporting and guiding the midwifery team in the provision of high-quality, women-centred care.

The Postnatal Services care for women who have delivered their baby and are adjusting to parenthood. The Rotunda Hospital is a tertiary referral unit caring for a wide variety of patients and their families. The Postnatal wards care for every woman and her baby from their admission post-delivery until their discharge home.
