The Department of Civil Engineering serves nearly 800 undergraduate majors and more than 60 graduate students, offering both Bachelor of Science ( and Master of Science ( degrees in civil engineering. It was recently ranked 8th among non-doctorate granting institutions by . News & World Report. The department continues to thrive, supported by a diverse student body and faculty, as well as strong connections with industry partners and alumni.

We seek candidates for our part-time lecturer pool in all areas of Civil Engineering including Environmental Engineering; Transportation Engineering; Surveying; Engineering Graphics/CAD; Engineering Statistics; Hydraulics; Water Resources Engineering; Geotechnical Engineering; Structural Engineering, to teach both lower and upper division required and elective courses.
