Location: Johannesburg, South Africa (Hybrid – 2-3 days per week in the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 18:00 UK working Hours
Reports To: Service Desk Manager
Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join their growing IT support team. This role is ideal for someone with foundational IT experience and a keen interest in delivering excellent first-line technical support.
