This role oversees maintenance personnel responsible for production equipment, utilities, refrigeration, and facility systems, ensuring equipment uptime, sanitation readiness, and regulatory compliance. The Maintenance Supervisor partners closely with operations to minimize downtime, protect food safety, and sustain efficient production.
