Location: Aylesbury. Start: September 2026. Full Time: Temporary to Permanent. Salary: £90–£110 per day.

Role

As a 1:1 SEN Assistant, you will support a pupil, helping them access learning and maintain routine.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support
• Support pupils with autism
• Follow structured routines and plans
• Adapt learning materials
• Support communication and interaction
• Work closely with SENCO and teachers
