The role will be key in supporting the Financial Controller in ensuring monthly and quarterly HR data reporting, variable pay/payroll analysis and employer of choice data collection is completed accurately and on time.
Key Work Outputs & Accountabilities Produce monthly HR reporting analysis including but not limited to starter and leaver movement, FTE actual vs budget, M/F headcount analysis, promotions and transfers within the business.
