Your Tasks:

Leads the HR Development, Culture and Leadership org unit on country level. Extends global rules by local standards and methods, and priorities based on local cultural aspects.

Leads the direct reports (managers and/or employees) in the respective area of responsibility.

Ownership of short to mid-term execution of functional strategy and the operational direction of the unit

Accountable for planning, management and development of service delivery according to defined objectives and KPIs on country level
