Take Cleve from 40,000 users to millions. You'll own growth strategy end-to-end, from acquisition channels and product-led loops to retention and community, working closely with Lizzie, our CMO. How the world discovers Cleve is largely on you.
What you'll be doing
- Own and experiment across all growth channels: SEO, content, paid, community, partnerships
- Build and optimise product-led growth loops with the product team
- Dig into user data to find drop-offs and unlock retention
- Build and scale referral and word-of-mouth programs
- Grow our presence across LinkedIn, TikTok, and other key channels
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of growth or performance marketing experience, ideally at a B2C or PLG startup
- Fluency with analytics tools and a habit of running structured experiments
- A track record of meaningfully moving acquisition or retention metrics
