Ability to communicate effectively across functions.

Responsibilities

Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.

Inspect and maintain the performance of all mechanical equipment supported in the manufacturing process at the plant.

Determine manufacturing problems that create production issues and identify and implement solutions.

Perform cost-benefit evaluations for new manufacturing processes.
