The implementation of innovative commercial strategies in alignment with market opportunities and local and global expectations is led by the **Area Transformation & AI lead** .
As the **Area Transformation PMO** you will report directly to the WE Area Transformation & AI Lead. You will work closely with the WE Area Transformation & AI Leader, the 12 Country Transformation Leads and interact with Leadership across the Area to support 2 priorities. First the mainstreaming the transformation in FY19 and beyond across the area to drive business impact and secondly the landing of the AI Area/Country plan. Your role has 3 key components.
First, Project Management for WE EDS plan and the WE Country AI plan. Additionally, organize the WE _Digital Success Academy_ and finally managing the Country Transformation Lead Community.
**Support a large transformation project:**
+ Project management for WE Empowering Digital Success Plan & Area Country AI plan.
+ Updating the project plan with status
+ Management of team rhythm, meetings and agenda
+ Help prepare the content for exec reviews with FTO/GSMO
+ WE Digital Success academy
+ Overall ownership of the event logistics
+ Event Project Management
+ Content coordination management.
+ Country Transformation Community
+ Manage the Country Transformation Lead Community
+ Ensure Country plans are tracking to plan and are up to date
+ Identify and share best practises
+ Manage issue and escalations
+ Understanding of sales and marketing models and how they are evolving
+ Proven capabilities of cross-group collaboration and partnerships
+ Strong written and verbal communications skills (in English)
