Technical Support Specialist

Location: East Midlands

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £20,000 – £28,000

A Technical Support Specialist is required to join a leading UK organisation with excellent growth plans on a permanent basis. The role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with some of the latest technologies.

Key Skills:

* 2 Years of IT experience – Ideally with a strong customer focus

* Experience with Office 365 and MaaS 360

* Knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, DNS, O365 Migrations, Server migrations, Firewalls and security.

* Experience with Azure

* Experience with VMware desirable

* Experience with firewall programmes, WatchGuard is desirable

* Good literacy skills

* Confident, results-driven and able to function independently or as part of a team

* Must have a full, clean UK driving license

* Demonstrating products to senior business representatives

* Succinct analytical skills to identify customer needs and be able to propose a solution to benefit the customer


As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of the department and day to day responsibilities will include remote fault logging and resolving, on-site system installs and maintenance, project management and long-term relationship building with both existing and new customers and suppliers
