We are currently recruiting for a Senior Support Worker to join the team at our residential home in Fiskerton, Lincolnshire. This is a full time, permanent position. Duties include supporting individuals with regard to decision making and lifestyle choices whilst promoting independence as much as possible. Additionally, you will be involved in personal care routines, daily activities and provide support in all aspects of life. We are looking for dynamic, inspirational people who can also be shift leaders and motivators when required.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a desire to consistently develop, monitor and improve themselves and the service that they provide. Please note that up to 60 days a year you will be expected to work within their other homes around the Lincolnshire area on a rotating basis. Own transport is required due to locations of their homes. Applicants with Health and Social Care Diploma Level 2/3 preferred and with relevant shift lead experience. Full induction and training will be provided. All posts will be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS Disclosure. Costs for this will be met by the employer.
